Brackley Fields Care Home
Brackley Fields is a warm and welcoming care home set in a former Victorian farmhouse on the edge of Brackley. Our focus has always been simple: to provide a safe, comfortable environment where residents feel truly at home.
Here, residents enjoy a friendly atmosphere and the freedom to live life at their own pace. With experienced staff, a strong sense of community and personalised care for every resident, we aim to support independence, wellbeing and quality of life every day.
Our Story
Brackley Fields was established in 1986 and has been under the current family ownership since 1995. Over the years the home has grown thoughtfully, combining modern comfort with the charm of the original farmhouse.
Today, Brackley Fields offers accommodation for up to 35 residents, with a mixture of en-suite and single rooms designed to feel personal, welcoming and safe. Our owners and management team bring decades of experience in residential care and education, ensuring every resident receives professional, compassionate support.

Meet Our Manager
Michele Tanner
Registered Manager“I first joined Brackley Fields in 1994 as a Health Care Assistant, in 2000 I was promoted to “Head of Home” and in 2019 became the Registered Manager.
As the Registered Manager, my aim is to maintain the high standard of care within the home. Having been a Care Assistant at Brackley Fields, I have a huge amount of experience and knowledge which I use to ensure our residents’ wishes are at the heart of our Service.
Our dedicated team of care professionals bring years of experience and genuine compassion to everything they do. Many of our staff have worked at Brackley Fields for years creating continuity and a familiar, friendly environment for residents and families.”
