Michele Tanner

Michele joined Brackley Fields as a Carer in 1994. After successfully completing her Registered Manager’s Award in 2006, she became Head of Home. In 2019 Michele took on the role of Registered Manager.

Oliver Rayner

Following a successful management career spanning several industries, Oliver joined Brackley Fields in 2017 as Business Manager. In 2019 he became Managing Director following the retirement of John Rayner.

Diane Hall

Care Manager

Diane has worked in the care sector since 1992, including experience in private care, and holds a Level 5 qualification in Management. Diane joined Brackley Fields in 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant and was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2020. In 2022 she became our Care Manager.

Training Coordinator

Jackie Overy

Jackie qualified as a State Enrolled Nurse in 1983 and held a number of nursing roles before joining Brackley Fields in 1989. Since then, she has worked as both a Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant. In 2009, Jackie achieved her NVQ Assessor Award and took over the role of Training Coordinator.

Tina Dancer

Tina joined Brackley Fields in 2008 as a Chef and after a short time working in the kitchen, took on the role of Catering Manager. Having previously worked as a Head Chef in a number of hotels, Tina is fully City & Guilds qualified and specialises in preparing bespoke, nutritionally balanced meals that cater to a wide range of dietary needs.

Lesley qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1984 and joined Brackley Fields in 2012 as the Activities Coordinator. During the COVID-19 pandemic she stepped in to support the housekeeping department and became Head of Housekeeping in 2023.
